What moved me to create this blog is to document my hard knocks lessons, and journey so far to climb out of the BIG debt hole I found myself.   

My financial hardship began after I bought a house in Canada, trying to keep up with the Joneses, aka FOMO, and the age-old cliché that buying “a house is an investment.”

We bought a house and didn’t run our numbers!

.. and now the numbers turned back to run me, and they are killing me!

This is a financial epidemic that sucks 80% to 100% of all the money that comes into your house AKA households’ income into mortgage payments….oops!
